The Studio
Barbara Braeunlich Interiors creates tailored interiors that are considered, soulful and deeply personal. The studio combines historic reference with contemporary design, crafting spaces defined by longevity, clarity and cultural relevance. Each project begins with careful listening and a precise understanding of how clients live, think and feel.
A sustained interest in craftsmanship, contemporary art, antique and vintage furniture and global influences informs the studio’s work. These elements are paired with muted, desaturated palettes, natural materials and tactile textures, resulting in richly layered interiors that feel personal, calm and enduring.
The Founder
Founded by Barbara Braeunlich, who brings over a decade of professional experience and formative years within leading design studios in London, the practice is grounded in both technical expertise and creative sensitivity. A background in fashion adds an additional dimension to her perspective, combining a refined sense of modernity while remaining independent of passing trends.
Understanding is at the core of every considered interior. Working closely with clients, the studio develops concepts shaped by personal history, lifestyle and long-term vision.
From this foundation, a clear design direction emerges – one that respects the unique character of the space while responding thoughtfully to architecture, light and setting, and above all, to the people who call it home. The result is an interior that feels personal and composed.
